Designing a front and back outer cover for the book


Different ideas for cover designs:

 - too boring/ too much like a textbook


- using a more interesting shape:

Back cover:

- removing the text:

- recreating the design in Illustrator:

 - testing different coloured type:

 - and different text positions:

 - decided on the text position so changing the typeface to Gill Sans:

 - testing different font weights:

Final cover design:
- spacing in the middle will be changed to fit the width of the printed and bound book
